Here you manage the work you do to build your brand's love (that is, fun social-only content, Twitter chats, or contests). This is content that you share socially to attract and keep your followers happy, but you don't necessarily have to click to visit your website. The workflow is similar to the social media request workflow, but with some additional creative components. for example: Thoughts : Where you can get your creative juice flowing: Do you have an idea if it would be a great job on social media? What problems can social whatsapp database campaigns help solve? Is there a timely event that you can piggyback on? how? Brainstorm and select ideas for building your campaign. Summary : For more creative social posts like Instagram stories, this can mean creating a storyline, just as you would for a blog. If it's like a Twitter chat, the outline is a step-by-step description of who is doing what, when. Production : Write a copy or Twitter chat question. Record the video. Collect community photos. Submit a (detailed) design request for some custom illustrations. Approval (optional) : This step may not be necessary if you are working autonomously. However, it's always good to look at social posts before they disappear. A manager, colleague, or designated approver does it and thumbs up. If you're doing something live, move this step before production . Schedule : If possible, schedule posts with the tools of your choice (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social). For example, if you're running a Twitter chat, you can schedule all your questions to be sent automatically so you can spend more time in the meantime. For live events, schedule a time in your calendar or create a task in your task management tool as a reminder for posting live content. Report : It's easy to forget this step. Follow up after the post has been submitted to see what succeeded and what failed. This allows you to repeat social campaigns, find something that resonates with your audience, and as a result, find something that requires more time. The main difference in this workflow is that you can replace the "receive request" step with an idea or brainstorming step.
